You can’t use Direct Debit, but you can register your heat payment card with us and set up your account for automatic payment options which are similar. You can choose to pay a set amount on a set date each month.
Or you can choose to have an auto top-up where a payment from your account will be triggered when your balance falls below a set limit.
For example, when your balance drops to £10.00 this will be the trigger to automatically take a payment made from your debit account of either £20 or £50.
