Your Evinox ‘Flexi Pay’ smart meter

Insite manages your Flexi Pay payment system which is the way in which you pay for your heating and hot water. Flexi Pay is connected to your Evinox Pre-payment meter and our computer system via the internet, so the meter always knows how much credit you’ve purchased and how much energy you’ve used.

The Evinox pre-payment unit is integrated inside the Heat Interface unit that is installed in your home.
