How does 'my insite' work?

Our new customer portal will allow you greater visibility of your energy account with Insite Energy.

We have recently developed a new customer portal, acting on the feedback of our customers. The app has been developed to support customers with managing their accounts and simplifying the services we provide. 

Whether you're a credit billed or pay-as-you-go (PAYG) customer, you can now make online payments, view your latest balance, payment history, and statements using my insite.

How to register your 'my insite' account?

  1. Head to my.insite-energy.co.uk and click 'Register here'.

  1. Confirm you understand that only one user will be able to access my insite for your property.

  1. Enter your name, email address, account number, and postcode. You can also enter your phone number.

  1. Create a secure password.

  1. Please enter the 6-digit verification code sent to the email address you are registering your account with.
