Yes, you might be able to set up a Payment Plan to pay off what you owe, (plus your ongoing consumption), in agreed instalments over an agreed set period, by Direct Debit. Please contact us to discuss your options.
In most cases, Insite Energy has been appointed by your heat supplier to send monthly bills. Some developments will receive quarterly bills.
Your bill contains various information to show you what heating and hot water you have consumed, what the charges are and how you can make payments. You can find out more information about your bill here.
If you have been in your property for more than a month and not yet received a bill please contact us or call the dedicated customer service team number for your building that can be found on the 'Your Home' section. We are on hand Monday–Friday from 9am to 8pm, and 9am to 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
