With a sleek, full colour, 5’’ in-home display (IHD) that is securely attached to the wall, consumers can regularly check their account balance and monitor their energy consumption. Utilising a wireless Zigbee mesh network, Guru allows operators to remotely and automatically read all utility meters connected to Guru Hub IIs.

Manage up to five utilities through a full-colour IHD

The Guru Hub II is a sleek IHD that helps residents to view and pay for their energy. With colour graphs showing consumption for the last day, week and month, residents can regularly monitor their energy usage for multiple utilities.

Wireless mesh network for two-way communication

Two-way communication via Guru is possible through the use of a Zigbee mesh network. This and the Guru Hub II are ISO 27001 certified, meaning the system is recognised to deal with the overall management of information security.

Transferable SaaS license & open API

Guru System’s open API supports a range of metering and billing services. This gives you the freedom to transfer your SaaS license to a different service provider without changing your infrastructure or disturbing customers.

Fully supported by our online client and customer portals

With real-time data displayed in a dashboard format, VANTAGE helps heat providers to eliminate hidden inefficiency and customer debt. All residents on Guru also get a unique account on our new online customer portal, my insite.

How the Guru Hub II works

Utilising an 868MHz wireless mesh network, Guru is a great solution for where SIM cards may not work due to lack of signal. The Guru Hub II also allows residents to view and pay for their energy.
