Our History

Established in 2009, Insite Energy has evolved to be one of the leading metering, billing, and payment providers for heat networks in the UK.

Over the past decade we have invested heavily in people, IT, process engineering and customer service capabilities and now deliver market-leading service standards to our clients and their residents. Insite was established to create choice within the market allowing clients to select appropriate products for their developments without bias.

Our central goal has remained to be a trusted advisor to our clients to ensure that customers receive the best service they can, to encourage the longevity of heat networks in the UK. This focus has seen our portfolio grow year on year, 11 years in succession.

Our history to date; we have promoted transferability, and transparency and have also developed the first-to-market digitalised prepayment solution that is affordable to stakeholders involved throughout the lifecycle of a heat network.

We are actively involved in industry associations where we seek to represent our clients to ensure their voices are heard and challenges addressed.
