Your heat supplier has appointed Insite to meter and charge you for your heating and hot water usage (and sometimes cold water, electricity and air conditioning).
Unfortunately, Insite won’t be able to respond to queries that fall outside of looking after your account. In every instance Insite will try to help you but there might be occasions where you will need to contact your heat supplier.
